The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, away from the noise of the city. the staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are well-maintained and clean. the hot water supply is available 24/7 and the terrace offers plenty of space for drying clothes.
The hotel lacks proper dining facilities as they do not have an in-house restaurant and the breakfast is sourced from outside.

Had a lovely stay during Xmas! the room was cozy and had all the basic amenities one needs. the staff was friendly and welcoming. A great advantage was the 24-hour hot water. the location was convenient, situated near a church and a college, with a few small shops and tea shops nearby.
The lack of proper parking was a hassle, with only one spot available. the breakfast served in the room was mediocre and limited.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. The staff was polite and accommodating. We loved the fact that the hotel provided hot water all throughout the day even during the winter season. the hotel is located in a quiet area, offering peaceful surroundings. a great experience.
There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. The breakfast option was limited and not up to the mark.
